See Below for Detailed Information Observation: After an accident/incident occurred in the classroom, the teacher did not report to the parent or management immediately to arrange for emergency treatment. 1240-04-03-.10 HEALTH AND SAFETY Corrective Action: The agency reviewed the program accident /incident policy with the teachers to ensure the teachers are implementing policy properly. Observation: The teachers in the classroom exhibited lack of supervision when a child received injuries. 1240-04-03-.06 SUPERVISION Corrective Action: The agency has enrolled the teachers in several training courses that will help enhance their classroom effectiveness in managing and supervising children in a classroom setting.

The adult: child ratios must be doubled during off site-activities. Observation: One caregiver observed with eleven three year old children, walking down E Person Street on to Glory Street.
