The 1.5-2 year old class is under construction and did not have anything posted inside the classroom. Ms. J could not locate the sign-in from the previous hosted parents conference. Ms. J could not locate the Family Advisory Board. During an unannounced visit to the agency to monitor QRIS compliance and investigate a complaint, LC observed that four of the nine toilets in the facility were not operational.
