Incomplete sign in/out records. Many guardians only signing first name. Educator failed to maintain mealtime supervison by walking away from tables where children were eating to check on wondering child within the room.

Tone is not calm/kind. She ended up getting frustrated with child that was not participating and focusing on him instead of focusing/praising those who were displaying desired behaviors/expectations.

- TCI E 1.5 Lesson plans: should be posted where parents can readily see /review it. Need to be more specific on lesson plans- name the feelings book you plan to read, name the themed book, name/describe the themed art you plan to do. Describe how you are addressing Heat Safety. etc. only evidence was child art- must enhance evidence.
