OBSERVATION: PE observed educator in classroom I picking a child up by 1 arm off the floor; same educator picked the same child up and sat the child down hard in a chair 2 different times. Same educator was also seen grabbing another child by the arm and the child held their arm for a few seconds after Educator let go of the child's arm. Children were also spoken to in a harsh tone throughout the observation. 1240-04-03-.09 PROGRAM POCA: Educator will receive training on Classroom Behavior Management and Appropriate Discipline. Educator will always be with an experienced educator when in the classroom.
