Observation: During a quarterly unannounced visit the CCPE found several classrooms where children were not signed in. 1240-4-3-.05 Ownership, Organization and Administration Corrective Action: Director instructed staff to remind parents to sign their child in daily so staff can ensure that each child is accounted for.
