See Below for Detailed Information Observation: During the assessment, an infant was laid on their stomach to sleep which is a violation of the rules. Supervision 1240-04-03.08 Corrective Action: All infants shall be placed on their back for sleeping. Agency agreed to conduct training with all educators and technical assistance was given by the Program Evaluator.
