Observation: The child care failed to document that fire drills were conducted for the months of April, May and June. Hazards to young children were observed by the CCPE during an unannounced visit: fan placed on table within children's reach, block in a crib, and pieces of paper scattered on the floor. 1240-04-01-.09 PHYSICAL FACILITIES Corrective Action- The fan was removed from the play area and the block was removed from the crib during PE's visit and corrected on site. The provider reported that the floor will be vacuumed at the end of day.
