Observation: During a virtual visit, PE observed the 12-30 mth classroom with a ratio of 1:8. The correct ratio for this age grouping is 1:6. 1240-04-01-.22 SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS FOR CHILD CARE CENTERS Corrective Action: The agency will make sure the classroom is in ratio at all times. NOTE: The corrected date should be May 28, 2021. The system would not let the LC add the correct date.
