See Below for Detailed Information Observations: On 8.8.17 hand sanitizer is seen on top of the cubbies in the pre-school classroom. The hand sanitizer is considered a hazards since some children ages 3, 4, & 5 could possible reach it and it is labeled "Keep Out of Children's Reach". Ms. Mills immediately corrected this by putting the sanitizer in a child proof locked box. 1240-04-03-.13 PHYSICAL FACILITIES Observations: On 6.14.17 an Assessor observed in the infant room the children’s and the adult’s hands were not consistently washed before and after bottle feedings. Also one (1) of the teacher’s did not wash her hands after cleaning up spit-up. Rule: 1240-04-03-.11 FOOD

Observation: The high chair was not cleaned prior to placing the child in the highchair to eat the child's hands were not washed prior to sitting in the high chair to eat. 1240-04-01-.13 Food and Food Service Corrective Action: The agency has been retrained on procedures surrounding eating; the director posted the proper procedure for the staff and has reminded the staff. PE will contact CCR&R to help the agency with this issue.. (Also, the agency is getting training with CCRR and will follow up next visit and mark corrected.)

Observation: One educator used the soap and water but she did not use the bleach water until it was brought to her attention and an educator in the 2-4s room did not wash the child’s hands after diapering. 1240-04-01-.12 Health and Safety Corrective Action: The educators were retrained on the proper diapering technique.
