It was observed through video that a child came into the classroom before the rest of the class when returning from the playground. A caregiver from the classroom across the hall was walking her classroom in at that time, and she walked her children to their classroom when this toddler went into her classroom alone. Although she had to have seen the child go into her classroom alone, the caregiver from across the hall did nothing to ensure this child was supervised.
