During a complaint investigation on 10.23.25, it was found that staff were verbally forcing children to lie down and stay on their nap mats for extended periods of time. During a complaint investigation, it was determined through staff interviews that two educators had been witnessed yelling at children as a form of behavior management. Additionally, interviewed staff noted some educators place children under the age of three (3) in time outs.
