On Friday August 22nd, staff messages were leaked on social media. The messages showed all staff, including management, were talking inappropriatly about children in their care. Management did not put the conversation to a stop.

LC observed seven out of eight infants in cribs in attempt to have set on a schedule. Several infants were crying for an extended period of time. Three infants had bottles in the crib with them feeding themselves. One infant had a pacifier with an attatched stuffed animal in the crib.

Infants were expected to be on the same sleeping and feeding schedule, and educators were not attuned to childrens needs. LC observed infants were not allowed to form their own patterns of sleep.
