Ms. Pamela was observed during an announced visit taking a child to the restroom and left all the other children in the classroom without supervision. Also observed Ms. Pamela greeting a parent who was bringing their two children in for the day, and Ms. Pamela left all the children alone in a classroom. Ms. Pamela could not see the children with a quick glance when these 2 incidents occurred.
