Observation: The ratio was out of compliance in the older toddler room for a short time, when an educator left the room leaving the ratio at 1:8.The ratio for this age group is 1:6. 1240-04-03-.06 SUPERVISION. Corrective Action: The center had scheduled training on 3/20/18. The supervision charts were reviewed with all staff. PE did a follow up unannounced visit and the ratios/ grouping/supervision were in compliance in each room.
