See Below for Detailed Information Observation: A child age four (4) years was left unattended in a classroom for approximately five minutes. 1240-04-.01-.11 Supervision Corrective Action: Technical assistance was given regarding maintaining attendance sheets for tracking children. Educators will maintain a daily attendance sheet in the classroom to use for name to face tracking of children throughout the day and at transitions. Each classroom will have a restroom check sheet to document that the restroom in the class is checked at transitions and at closing. Classrooms will use dry erase boards to update the classroom total throughout the day.
