Observation: Ratio charts are not posted in classrooms. They need to be posted so staff and parents are fully aware of supervision rules. Further, one room was out of ratio today. This would ensure children were properly supervised. 1240-04-01-.05 OWNERSHIP, ORGANIZATION AND ADMINISTRATION Corrective Action: Program Evaluator gave Technical assistance to the person in charge and showed her the ratio chart in the rules. Program Evaluator helped the person in charge decide how to correct the situation immediately by moving one toddler to the infant room making it an infant/toddler mix.
