Observations: Ms. Robinson stated she had not completed a fire drill in November. The drill log did not reflect the reviewing of a part of the emergency management plan monthly had been completed as required. 1240-04-01-.18 EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS. Corrective Action: A Plan of Corrective Action was completed by the Director after PE gave Technical Assistance. Two fire drills will be completed in December. The Director will have a system to remind her of the scheduled drill and review. Two drills were completed in December and PE received the drill log on 12/18/18.
