Observation: PE observed the current report card was not posted as required and the requirements for reporting child abuse was not accessible to the parents and others as required. The current report card was posted while PE was on site to correct this part of the violation. 1240-04-01-.05 OWNERSHIP, ORGANIZATION, AND ADMINISTRATION. Corrective Action: The Director replaced the old Report Card with the current one to correct that part of the violation. The Director completed a POCA after PE gave TA and will secure and make accessible the requirements for reporting child abuse.
