Observations: The current report card was not posted as required. 1240-04-01-.05 OWNERSHIP, ORGANIZATION, AND ADMINISTRATION. Corrective Action: PE and Director discussed the report card not being posted. Ms. Wright corrected the violation while PE was in the center. She stated it had been torn down during the school lunch period. Ms. Wright had it in her possession.
