Summary of complaint and follow up visit The visit conducted today included monitoring of the agency's compliance with Licensing Rules and Regulations and complaint investigations. Technical Assistance Provided: 1. We reviewed many rules and ensured they are following all requirements. 2. We discussed previous complaints and violations to ensure they have an understanding of rule requirements. 3. We discussed the PON and how to display it. If any violations were received, details can be observed in the compliance details section of the visit along with corresponding corrective action plans.

LC reminded director to send an email if the center will be closed for any reason. 2. Reminded director, if they make any changes to their program or staff; to go into the E licensing portal to complete the change of report to reflect changes.
