One child had an emergency medication that was located in the front office with no documentation and this medication needs to be with the child as it is an emergency medication. There were also no parent forms with the medication or allergy action plan. Another medication was located in the front office for asthma treatment (inhaler). This was reported to PS as an emergency medication for the child. It needs to be with the child through the day and an emergency action plan needs to be with the medication. There were limited forms with the medication and no action plan.
