The maximum number of children for one educator is thirteen. 1240-04-01-.22 SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS FOR CHILD CARE CENTERS. Corrective Action: Director will ensure that no educators leave the classroom without contacting the floater or director. If there are not enough staff, director will close classrooms until ratios can be met.
