A referral has been sent to CCR&R for coaching in the infant classroom. Observation: During program assessment educators were observe placing cereal in an infant’s bottle. No solid foods are allowed to be placed in infant bottles due to a risk of choking. 1240-04-01-.13 Food and Food Service Corrective Action: The program evaluator visited the center and gave technical assistance in the classroom. A referral has been sent to CCR&R for coaching in the infant classroom.
