During an unannounced visit to investigate a complaint on August 25, 2025 a violation was cited in 1240-04-01-.15 Program Language and Literacy Development. Licensing Consultant (LC Fox) observed a 16 month child watching a cartoon on a tablet. The child was watching the cartoon and was being supervised by two educators. The child care portal has not been updated to reflect the current operating hours. The current operating hours in the portal are recorded as 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The current operating hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. It is the responsibility of the owner/director to ensure all programming information is current in the Child Care Portal. In addition, the playground equipment has some rust and needs to be cleaned.
