The toddler classroom and the preschool were combined in the preschool classroom. Children 30 months or younger may not be combined with children over 30 months even for a short activity. The toddlers returned to their classroom after we discussed the rule for combining. The grouping was corrected on-site. The agency was using a wading pool for the children in toddlers on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. In addition, water inflatables may not be used if there is a possibility of pooling of water at the bottom. Plan of Correction: The violation was immediately corrected by the classroom educator when the PE called the situation to the educator's attention.
