Documentation of orientation is required in each employee's file. LC shared information with director about how to ensure this is maintained and tracked. (a) Staff shall wash their hands with soap and water before and after preparing and serving meals and snacks. Children shall wash their hands with soap and water before and after meals, snacks, and bottle feeding.
