Observation: The agency did not have the correct fire extinguisher one of the buses used to transport children because the one they had on the bus did not meet the minimum rating. 1240-04-01-.17 Transportation Corrective Action: This was corrected on site but using one of the fire extinguishers that was inside the agency for the bus, which had above the minimum rating. This was completed during the visit which was prior to the agency picking up the children after school.

Observation: During program assessment children were observed eating off the floor and meal cart while the caregiver's were cleaning up from lunch and supervising hand washing. Children need direct supervision while eating. 1240-04-03-.11 Food Corrective Action: Caregivers will position themselves so that the tables are visible at all times when they are cleaning after meals. Caregivers will both be completing different tasks after mealtime, so that at least on caregiver is positioned so the table area is supervised.
