The class went together to wash hands after lunch, instead of staggering them. An educator used corporal punishment as discipline technique on a three (3) year old child at the agency on 6/13/24. The incident was self-reported by the agency to DHS (licensing) and DCS appropriately and timely. The agency does not have a Family Advisory Board.
