Observation: Two children who had epipens for life threatening allergies did not have a life threatening allergy plan on file with the center 1240-04-01-.13 FOOD Corrective Action: The director spoke to the parent and found out that the elementary school had an action plan on each child. They got copies of these action plans to the Kids Place director the next day.
