Observation: Program Evaluator received the Knox Co Fire Marshal report on 10/22/2020. The inspection was completed on 7/20/2020 the agency was marked that violations were noted and corrections were needed. 1240-04-01-.16 PHYSICAL FACILITIES. Corrective Action: Agency multi site director will be contacting fire inspector and supervisor to get list of items that need to be corrected so timeliness can be completed.

Observation: Agency did not have staff/educator records available at the agency upon the request by the Department. The agency had two new educators on site. Records had been sent to the main office to be scanned into a new computer system. Therefore nothing was available upon request during the site visit. 1240-04-01-.08 RECORD KEEPING. Corrective Action: Agency will make sure if any records leave the agency that they will have a back up plan in place to ensure that information can be retrieved when the department makes a request to see items.
