Observation: Children who ran down the hall were made to hold a sign over the head that said Speed Limit: Walking 1240-04-01-.15 PROGRAM, LANGUAGE, AND LITERACY DEVELOPMENT. Corrective Action: Children no longer hold the sign over their heads. Children are repeatedly told to walk in the cafeteria and down the hall but when they run instead, they have to choose another activity instead.
