Corrective Action: The soiled diapers were removed from the room immediately and director stated she would ensure that rooms were stocked with the necessary trash receptacles and bags. Observation: An educator was heard telling the children she would take their cookies if they stood up during snack; food is not permitted to be used as a behavior management tool. 1240-04-01-.15 PROGRAM, LANGUAGE, AND LITERACY DEVELOPMENT. Corrective Action: The educator identified in the observation is schedule to complete training with Child Care Resource and Referral. Observation: A store bought sandwich was sitting on a chair in the toddler room within reach of children. 1240-04-01-.12 HEALTH AND SAFETY. Corrective Action: The sandwich was removed from reach immediately. The director stated that she would remind staff that all personal belongings, including food, must be kept out of children's reach at all times. Observation: An educator was seen turning a toy rider car upside down with a child inside causing the child to fall from inside the toy onto the ground. 1240-04-01-.15 Program Corrective Action: The director has schedule training with Child Care Resource and Referral for the educator identified in the violation.

Observation: The Infant/Toddler, 2.5-3 year old classrooms, the gross motor, and the common area had uncovered electrical outlets.
