Technical Assistance Provided: 1. Discussed making sure to reach out to director or whomever is in charge immediately when more serious accidents occur. 2. Discussed not washing children's clothing or personal items without the parent's permission. 3. Discussed making sure to follow all rules regarding bio-hazard safety. 4. Discussed calling parents on the phone rather than using APP (Bright Wheel) would be best practice when notifying them of more serious accidents and to make sure the parents are contacted as soon as possible regarding the more serious accidents.
