Observation: During the agency’s recent 7/17/19 assessment, the assessor observed that a sleeping infant was not touched within fifteen (15) minutes. 1240-04-01-.11 SUPERVISION Corrective Action: Program Evaluator did technical assistance and a plan of corrective action was completed. A timer will be purchased and used so that checks will be done every 15 minutes. The infant will turn age one year shortly and the agency does not plan to enroll more infants after that.
