While inspecting the playground, I observed that part of the fence surrounding the area does not meet the four-foot height requirement outlined in CHAPTER 0520-12-01 STANDARDS FOR SCHOOL-ADMINISTERED CHILD CARE PROGRAMS. The program is out of compliance with Physical Facilities 5(a), which states that the outdoor play area must be enclosed by a fence or barricade at least 4 feet high. A Corrective Action Plan is required to bring the program into compliance.
