See Below for Detailed Information Observation: During assessment, a 13 month old and two 14 month old children were observed sleeping in cribs. 1240-04-01-.14 EQUIPMENT FOR CHILDREN Compliance Statement: In order to ensure compliance, the agency will ensure that children 12 months of age through five years of age are provided with the appropriate nap/sleeping equipment. Observation: PE observed the sign in sheets and there were 13 children signed in at the agency. PE observed 14 children that were present at the agency. 1240-04-01-.11 SUPERVISION. Compliance Statement: In order to ensure compliance, the agency will ensure that all children that are present at the agency are signed in on the sign in sheets.
