Summary of complaint Visit The visit conducted today included monitoring of the agency's compliance with Licensing Rules and Regulations and complaint. 1240-04-01.11 Supervision Educators left an 18 month old child unattended in the gym. The educators left a 18 month old child unattended for two to three minutes. The educators failed to properly notify the parents about it. Educators left a 18 month old child unattended for two to three minutes. The center failed to notify Department of Human Services and Department of Children Services about the matter.
