On 11/10/25 LC Bennett was conducting a QRIS visit. A four month old infant was asleep in a portable crib. Educator Damaris Urrea reported that she checks the sleeping infants every 5 minutes. LC Bennett asked how she checked the infants, she stated that she looks at the sleeping infants. LC Bennett asked if she touched them she stated that she did not. FS Pass asked if she watched the safe sleep training video where it stated that sleeping infants must be checked visually and touched. She stated that she did. FS Pass shared the importance of touching the sleeping infants as well as checking them visually.
