On LC's last visit, observation of books, pictures, and materials - it was discussed with the Director to ensure the following, which were still not visible today: At least two (2) pictures and two (2) materials represent some form of diversity and at least two (2) books of different cultures shall be available for children to explore including board, cloth, and soft vinyl books.

The complainant reported that she visited the center to pick up a child who was a friend of her own. Upon arrival, an individual entering the center allowed her access. This was her first time visiting the facility. The complainant proceeded to the classroom, where she informed the child, "Hey, let's go." At no point during this interaction was she asked to provide identification or questioned about her identity.
