Observation: Educators admitted that they had taped a child's shoe to prevent the child from taking their shoes off. Director also admitted that this had happened that day. 1240-04-01-.15 PROGRAM, LANGUAGE, AND LITERACY DEVELOPMENT. Plan of Corrective Action: Agency will find other ways to redirect children taking shoes on/off throughout the day.
