Observation: On March 16, 2021, Program Evaluator Kirsten Turner confirmed an incident that was self-reported by the director. On March 16, 2021 an educator went after a 2 ½ year old who was leaving the classroom. The educator called for help and the cook responded to the call for help and immediately went into the classroom. However, she soon remembered that she left something on the stove and returned to the kitchen leaving four (4) children unattended for an undetermined amount of time until the educator later returned with the child. 1240-04-01-.11 SUPERVISION Corrective Action: Educators were retrained on supervision
