    An incident occurred while the children were playing on the playground; one child picked up and threw an empty coffee can at another child. The coffee can is used as an exploration tool for children to fill and empty with mulch while playing. The child who was hit by the coffee can suffered a scratch on his head. The center did not provide an incident report to the parents in this case.
