The owner(Kimberly Porter) is responsible for insuring that all staff working with children or while children are present have passed a background check. Courtney Dye was excluded from working with children for unknown reasons. As part of a complaint investigation, two parents reported that Courtney Dye was working at the agency in an educator role.
