During the visit on August 16th, 2024, Child Care Licensing Consultant Lexi Casteel conducted staff interviews due to a complaint that was placed on August 14th, 2024. During staff interviews, it was stated by Paige Bayliss that all children are combined in the foxes room from 6 AM-7 AM while breakfast is being prepared. Infants shall have a separate space and shall never be grouped with children older than thirty (30) months of age.

Complaint stated 4 year old was eating snack when child got up from the table, the child was redirected back to the table and began screaming. Educator seated at table "popped" the child in the back of the head. Educator volunitarily ended her employment after incident.
