Summary of Visit: Unannounced visit to serve a Safety Plan for an educator and investigate the complaint/incident. The educator is no longer working at the agency, she resigned today, 10-23-24. Licensing Consultant Mathis went to the agency's main office and viewed a video of the incident. Observed the incident and confirmed by watching and listening to video the educator was not using appropriate discipline with the children. The educator was yelling at the chidlren and not using developmentally appropriate discipline to regulate the children's behavior. The visit conducted today included monitoring the agency's compliance with Licensing Rules and Regulations and to investigatecomplaint # 1010084 and to serve the educator's safety plan. The educator on the safety plan is no longer employed at the agency. If any violations were received, details can be observed in the compliance details section of the visit along with corresponding corrective action plans. Educator used inappropriate discipline with the children in the classroom.
