Agency is considering serveral ideas to prevent children from trying to touch food that is hot. 2. Consider not taking the food into the classroom on a cart at all to prevent children from having access to the food. Management/Director will observe procedures in each classroom to ensure educators are complying with the agency supervision plan at all times. Observation: Four year old child was left alone sleeping in the classroom with no adult supervision for 30 - 39 minutes. The incident was self reported by agency director. 1240-04-01-11 SUPERVISION Corrective Action: Agency scheduled Supervision training for all staff and proactive in developing corrective measures. Observed: Parent was not informed of an incident on the date of the occurrence 1240-04-01-06 STAFF Plan of Corrective Action: Management shall ensure parents are notified of an incident/accident the same day the incident occurs. The director will provide assistance to educator to ensure the accident and incident reports are completed timely and have accurate information.
