Observation: Agency self-reported a sleeping school-age child was left alone in his classroom for a brief time during a transitional period at the end of the day. 1240-04-03-.06 SUPERVISION. Plan Of Corrective Action :Program Evaluator provided technical assistance on-site about appropriate supervision. In addition the agency director will be providing Age Appropriate Supervision training for all educators and contact Child Care Resource and Referral for assistance.
