(1) Each program shall maintain a system that enables all children in the program’s care to receive a level of supervision that is appropriate to their age and their development, physical and mental status so as to ensure their health and safety and that allows program personnel to know the whereabouts of each child. (e) Children who are in kindergarten, five (5) years of age, through nine (9) years of age shall be protected by an adult who adjusts restrictions appropriately for different ages and abilities and must be able to physically respond immediately. (c) Staff shall monitor computer use. Elementary age students were left alone in the computer room. When I walked in they were unsupervised and asking me questions about the computers and asking for headphones. Students were climbing on metal shelving unit to reach headphones. I was in there for at least 2 minutes before a staff member came in the classroom. (7) Each grouping of children shall have adult supervision and shall meet the following minimum staffing requirements :(a) Minimum staffing requirements per group: Elementary School 1:20-when I walked into the game room there were at least 25 students that I could count with 1 staff member.
