Unannounced Complaint Investigation/Safety Plan Served - The visit conducted today included monitoring the agency's compliance with Licensing Rules and Regulations. LC monitored the following areas – Supervision and High Risk areas. Monitoring / Observations: LC served the supervision safety plan. LC discussed the supervision log with the person in charge/office manager and staff person and provided the agency with a copy of the supervision log. LC discussed the requirements of the safety plans. LC emailed the safety plan to the agency. The agency will be closed on July 14, 2023, for Professional development.
