Summary of QRIS Monitoring Visit and Complaint investigation The visit conducted today included monitoring of the agency's compliance with Licensing Rules and Regulations, scoring of the QRIS, and Complaint Investigation. It was noted during the observation a 12-month-old child was asleep in the crib with a bottle. It was noted at the time of the visit that a child twelve months of age was asleep in their crib on their back with a bottle.
